They don’t take themselves too seriously, but they’re serious about bagels. With a *chef’s kiss* of honey, they’re somewhere between a classic NY-style bagel and the sweeter, Montreal-style bagels from friends up North. Co-owner, Andrew, is Jewish; the nostalgia of family traditions and the eclectic food from their childhoods were the genesis of their menu. Dani, co-owner, grew up throwing down campside meals with her family in her home country of Argentina. They take the familiar flavors of deli classics and Chef Dani cranks them up with a playful, uniquely-CYM twist.
