They don’t take themselves too seriously, but they’re serious about bagels. With a *chef’s kiss* of honey, they’re somewhere between a classic NY-style bagel and the sweeter, Montreal-style bagels from friends up North. Co-owner, Andrew, is Jewish; the nostalgia of family traditions and the eclectic food from their childhoods were the genesis of their menu. Dani, co-owner, has worked in some of the finest restaurants in the US and grew up throwing down campside meals with her family in her home country of Argentina. They take the familiar flavors of deli classics and Chef Dani cranks them up with a playful, uniquely-CYM twist.
